specializes in supporting healthcare organizations, boards and medical
staffs with the reestablishment of healthy work behaviors and relationships,
reconstructive interventions, and the implementation of healthy
work practices.
Dr. Palmer works closely with the individuals within the system
or practice, identifying the issues that impact growth and professional
and personal development.

development; assisting in timely and sensitive exit transitioning.
All facilitators of Physician Support Programs are board certified
in psychiatry or are PhD. psychologists, specially trained to the
